These Clark’s Tip Surface (Blind) Shutter Hinges are surface-mounted traditional shutter hinges that provide greater mounting options. These hinges turn the functional pintle (or pin) into an attractive feature. They are available with a 1-1/4″ or 3-1/4″ throw, are made of cast iron, and are coated with WeatherWright™ to resist the elements.
